HEART

Today, the center that appears to be congested is your Heart chakra

What does that mean?

--------------------------------------

The heart chakra sits right in the center of your chest, it's all about beauty and truth.  Beauty manifests through emotive gestures.  It’s about expressing pure love and non-attachment to people and things.

--------------------------------------

It's believed that when your heart chakra is aligned and balanced, love and compassion are flowing freely—both in terms of giving and receiving. Your good vibes are practically contagious.

--------------------------------------

A closed heart chakra can give way to grief, anger, jealousy, fear of betrayal, and hatred toward yourself and others.  When underactive, you may be emotionally closed off, and find it difficult to get over past hurts and be able to forgive.  As a result, it can become hard to give and receive love, which will have an effect on your relationships.  Physical issues may present as high blood pressure, tachycardia/heart palpitations, chest pain, or overheating easily from exertion.

--------------------------------------

If your heart chakra is overactive, you may become too loving.  That may not sound like a problem, but being too loving usually masks co-dependency.  This will have a ripple effect on your relationships by being overly dependent, needy, jealous, and possessive with a lack of boundaries.

--------------------------------------

Being present helps open your heart.  When you can express gratitude and accept love, this keeps this chakra open.  When the heart is open you feel more light and peaceful.   Being happy also helps the heart stay open.  Doing fun things, being with people you love, praying, meditating, being in nature, and smiling, all help open your heart.
