 What is the I AM MOVEMENT? 

 

I AM movement is not a traditional movement where people go out to protest or join a cause.  It's not doing anything... it's simply BEING.  

 

The world is being shaken up and our I AMs are being woke up causing vibrational movement and change in each of us.  

 

Are you feeling a shift?  Feel uncertainty? Shaken? Off balance?  Are you listening? 

 

Now is the time to be aware of this vibrational movement within you. 

 

Welcome to the I AM Movement! 

 

KNOW IT 

 

The first step is to identify your I AM- being able to name it so you have a reference point.

 

Often people label themselves with descriptions like...  I AM a "teacher, a parent, a child, a sibling, a boss"  which feels true, but ...

 

I AM is deeper than that.

 

Other times people label feelings or beliefs about themselves and believe that these define them like.... I am anxious, depressed, not smart, I am not pretty enough, or I am better than everyone else.  These also feel true, because you can feel all of these feelings and have these beliefs, but ...

 

I am is deeper than that.  

 

You see, it's the feelings and labels that we get caught up in and let those define who you THINK you are.  This makes you feel stuck and gets stuck in your life. 

 

If you strip away all the labels that others tell you or you tell yourself, what's left is your "I AM".

 

FEEL IT!

 

I AM produces only positive words and feelings.

 

Most people have felt their I AM when they did something that triggered feelings of empowerment.   Graduating from a program, buying your first house, getting married, finishing a big project, volunteering your time, completing a to-do list.

  

I AM can also be felt by saying positive things.  Complimenting someone, telling yourself you look good, telling someone you are grateful for their help. 

Or I AM can simply be a feeling, of gratitude for your friends, or the feeling of great love for others and yourself.  

 

But do you know how to reproduce these feelings more often in your life?   

It starts with becoming aware.  Sit, be still.  Tap into that feeling within you where you can feel calm, smart, good, peaceful, happy, and love. 

 

This is the essence of your "I AM".

SAY IT AND SHARE IT! 

 

Once you recognize and feel it, start feeling it and saying I AM to yourself.

What we say to ourselves is important.  Sometimes we use negative labels or feelings are used to describe who we are. This does us no good.  These are lies and they cover up the I AM. 

 

Saying negative I AM statements creates more negative feelings.  Saying true I AM statements create more positive feelings.  So start shifting your words to your I AM.

 

EX. If you feel stressed ("I am stressed"-producing negative feelings) turn it around, and start saying  "I am calm"- producing positive feelings).

 

Change begins with a thought and ends with a feeling.  It's very important to FEEL the shift.   

 

Living from your I AM helps others to live from their I AM too. This high vibration moves in you and affects others around you. When you tap into your I AM, it ripples out to your friends and family and the people you meet.

 

It's a new way of being in your flow and experiencing the beauty around you more often.  Loving your life. Being happy. 

 

Imagine a world where we all lived in this expansive place of happiness.
